Cancellation Policy:

Due to associated costs and time put into each Academy by Living Waters staff, as well as any contractual obligations, we are unable to offer an unconditional refund policy unless you are cancelling more than 60 days before your Academy date.

Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after the 60 days will incur a $50 cancellation fee which will be taken out of their previous payment.

All refunds will be processed by the start of the Academy, to allow us the most time possible to fill your vacant spot. Please contact Living Waters immediately if you feel that a cancellation may be necessary, or to receive specific information regarding the terms governing your specific registration.
