Struggling Financially?
A Note from Ray Comfort...
If you are finding it difficult to make ends meet, I have an idea that is simple and that could help you. Millions of families have millions of toys that their kids have either outgrown, or with which they have become bored. Here's what I suggest. Go around your neighborhood and offer cash for old toys. There are many parents and grandparents that would be glad to get rid of a pile of unused toys for a few dollars. Then make a large sign that says, "Nothing but toys. Swap a toy for a dollar." Pile your toys on your front lawn, stick up your sign, have a yard sale, and see what happens. You could categorize toys so that people pay $1 to swap a small toy, and maybe $5 to swap a big toy. If you wash or steam clean toys before you put them out, they may look like they are new. Restrictions may apply in some cities as to how many yard sales are allowed, but if it works, you could start your own business, and that may give you more time and resources to be about your Father's business. |
