Written by Ray Comfort and beautifully illustrated by Cedric Hohnstadt, Scratch & Sniff is part of the "Creation For Kids" series. It features actual scratch 'n' sniff illustrations.

It is the story of a dog called "Sniff" and a cat called "Scratch" who get into mischief around the house and yard, then go shopping with their human family. The book clearly shows the genius of God in creation, as well as presenting the biblical gospel in a way that children can understand.

As each page turns, the reader not only sees what is going on in the story, but he or she can smell what's going on, too. They can actually sniff mom's apple pie as it sits in her kitchen or smell the barbeque as dad cooks dinner outside. As the story unfolds, the reader can also smell honey, popcorn, the leather of the seats in mom's car, bananas and onions at the supermarket, as well as peanut butter, grass, strawberry, and even the disgusting smell of the manager's cigar. Scratch & Sniff is more than a book. It's an experience . . . one that kids will go back to again and again.

"As a father of five young children, with countless children's books in my home library, I can confidently say that I have never seen such a unique and amazing book for kids in all my life. I was thrilled beyond measure when I saw it for the first time, and my children were equally delighted when I read it to them. It's not just a book to be read, but one to be experienced. This is sure to become of on the greatest children's books of all time." Emeal Zwayne
