Dissatisfaction
With Items
If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased
from us, we can refund it for you under the following
terms:
- It must be within 30 days from the date of
the sale.
- Items must be in “like new” condition.
Items that have been damaged (i.e. dog-eared
book pages; broken book spine; torn cover; cracked
or scratched cd) or soiled (i.e. dirty; stained;
sun-bleached) will not be refunded.
- Open items (i.e. packages of tracts; shrink-wrapped
videos) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This is to cover the labor cost of getting these
items back into salable condition (i.e. counting
tracts to make sure the right number are still
in the package; re-shrink-wrapping videos).
To arrange for a refund, simply call us at 1-800-437-1893.
We will need your first and last name, along with
the date of your purchase. You will arrange to
mail the items back to us (at your own expense).
When those items are received by our shipping
department, and found to be in “like new”
condition, your purchase will be refunded.
Defective or Mislabeled
Items
If an item you purchase from us is defective or
mislabeled (i.e. there's nothing wrong with your
dvd player, but you can’t get our dvd to
play; when you play a video it’s not the
same message as its label), simply call us at
1-800-437-1893, and we will help you make arrangements
to get a new copy to you free of charge.
Items Damaged in Shipping
You should never accept the delivery of a crushed
or obviously damaged box. If an item you purchase
from us has been obviously damaged in shipping
we ask that you refuse delivery. If the item was
delivered when you were not present, and the container
is obviously damaged, call us at 1-800-437-1893
(before you open the package if possible), and
we will help you from there.
